What’s the turn around on an order?
We produce and ship from our headquarters in Germany. After placing an order with us and releasing your draft, your design ships within only 8-10 Days. Depending on the destination country, we ship our order via GLS or UPS. It normally takes between 1 and 3 business days until delivery through the shipping contractor.
Am I going to be charged with duties?
We are covering all duties, so you do not have to pay any additional duties when your order arrives. All taxes are included within the price you see, and you will not incur any additional costs. Should you encounter any difficulties regarding import duties, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service at info@backyarddesigusa.com. We’re glad to assist you in resolving any issues.
What about customs delays?
Your order ships with one of our selected couriers. Unfortunately, there always is the potential for delays at the border, though we’re working hard in cooperation with our couriers to minimize these. How much does shipping cost?
Delivery costs can vary by destination and are calculated automatically. International shipping costs from our HQ in Germany are $19.90 for most countries.
Why can’t I find my country in your order form?
While we work hard to supply designs to customers from around the world, we unfortunately can’t ship to Bermuda and New Caledonia. Should your country not be listed on our website please contact our customer service at info@backyarddesigusa.com and we’ll look into the situation.
